Consignor Information

Entering your consignor information correctly is very important, ESPECIALLY YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER. Using the correct information helps to ensure sold items are credited to the correct consignor.   

Enter all information carefully, and doublecheck to be sure it's correct.  If you are unsure of your consignor number, see the example:

A-444-XDG is the consignor# for this person (image below). Your own consignor# is printed on all of your tags and also appears in your account when you log into the JBF tagging site. In the image below, the Consignor Number is circled in Red.

If you don't know your consignor#, don't guess or make one up. Do not enter your name, phone#, etc. in the consignor# field. Familiarize yourself with your consignor#. You will need it to drop off, pickup and have questions answered about your account.

Consignor Fee/Drop-Off

Wednesday, September 4th and Thursday, September 5th by appointment

Consignor Fee is $15 through Saturday, August 1st at midnight. The fee will increase to $20 after this time.

Please choose a drop-off slot below. Please leave at least 60-90 minutes for drop-off. If you have more than 200 items, please DO NOT select the last slot of the day. 

You must complete Drop-Off by 11:00am On Monday, if you choose a Monday slot.

Do Not Register for more than one slot, you can take the time you need to put your items on the floor. 

IMPORTANT:  The Church is generously allowing us to use their Gym for our event. Due to the fact that school will be in session during drop-off, we will ask that you try to adhere to the dates and times provided for drop-off.  We will allow changes to appointments, as long as they fall within the times we've agreed to with the church, Please email us with any questions - [email protected]

Unsold Items

  • If you chose to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you're allset. We work with several non-profit organizations whose mission is to serve those in need.You can feel good, knowing that your unsold items will be used and loved by other women, men, and children who appreciate your generosity.
  • If you chose not to donate all of your unsold items when you entered and printed your tags, you must choose an appointment time below to pick up your unsold items - and Pick-Up your items at that time. Items not picked up, will be Donated. 
  • Consider signing up for a 4 hour shift to help with sort. When we are done, you can take your items, and you'll get an additional 5% in your consignor check.
  • If we finish sort early, we will announce it on our Facebook Consignor group. Otherwise, NO EARLY PICK-Ups.

Please Note, items having tags that show they are to be donated will be donated even if you check here that you are picking them up. This form is for you to make an appointment to pick up your items, it in no way changes what you have printed on your tag.

Pick-Up

PICK UP:  St Leo the Great Church: Sunday, September 8th, 8:00 pm-9:45 pm 

  You do not need to come to pick up if you are donating all items.  Any remaining items are donated to our charity Partners on September 8th at 9:46pm. Due to the Church schedule, we will not be offering a Monday Pick-Up at this time.

If I am not able to pick up my items I designate this person to pick up for me. I understand they may miss items they do not recognize and am ok with those items being donated if not picked up.

  • As a Consignor, you're are entitled to a Free Pass to our Presale on Thursday, September 5th - 3:00pm- 8:00pm. This allows you to shop before the public and gives you access to the best selection of items. You may bring up to 2 guests.

NOTE: Our Pre-sale tends to get crowded. If you can avoid bringing children under the age of 10, we appreciate it. We understand if this is not possible. Infants in Carriers are always allowed.

Please keep a copy for your records

• I am participating in the Just Between Friends Consignment Sale Event as a Consignor / Team Member.
• I understand and accept that Just Between Friends is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my items.
• I understand that I will be charged 40% of my gross sales.
• I understand there is a $16 Consignor Fee which is payable in advance when making a Drop-off Appointment. If paid after August 1st at midnight, the fee increases to $20.
• I understand that clothing and shoes going through Inspection at Drop off which is deemed "no-thank-you" are available for me to take home. No-thank-you items left in building the day of your Drop off appointment are automatically donated. We are not able to save or hold these no-thank-you items.
• I understand that Consignor Pick up (of unsold items you choose not to donate) is on Sunday, September 8th (8:00p-9:45p) .
• I understand that any item(s) not picked up by 9:46PM on Sunday, September 8th, 2024, will be donated to one of our JBF Charity Partners.
• Consignors will be admitted at their registered pickup time and up to 15 minutes past that time.
• I understand that items that are stained, ripped, show excessive wear, broken, missing pieces or missing batteries will be rejected at the discretion of JBF Team Members and Staff.
• I understand that as a condition of selling items in a Just Between Friends Consignment Sale, I represent the following to be true and correct:

1) I am the owner of the items to be sold and I have full authority to sell the items offered by me for sale; and
2) Each item offered for sale by me is in good operating condition, reasonable wear and tear accepted, and is not broken incomplete or damaged in any way; and
3) Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the original manufacturer’s warranty program and
4) Each item complies with applicable law, https://cpsc.gov; and
5) No item is the subject of any pending or threatened recall notice or other consumer protection enforcement action; and
6) I know of no reason why any item offered for sale by me would cause injury to another.

• I understand that a “star” (printed on JBF tags with any color ink) means that the item will remain at FULL PRICE throughout the sale. Tags with no star will be sold at 50% off starting at the 1/2 Price Pre Sale until the sale ends.
• I am participating in an ethical manner and agree that I am not attempting to learn the business practices of JBF, operations, techniques, or any other business matters that may or may not be trademarked, registered or proprietary in any way. I am willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and will do so if asked by a representative of Just Between Friends.
